Fix outlook.mapi spooler cannot be started error

The mostly used email application carries out mail operations viz. email sending & receiving with the help of MAPI spooler. • For system date issue, correct settings are required to be done & applying current date settings will do that.
• Remote Access services should be added, if not updated or is incorrectly
• CompuServe Mail service should be removed, if damaged and installed once again

If the file has been damaged or made corrupt, its data file should be moved to a new one by creating a new file, all the emails & other files except those in outbox are to be copied to the new one.
